Empties Volume 1

I have been reading some "Empties" posts recently and I thought it was a great idea to copy. :)
These are some of my old empties for which I would like to talk about :

  • I'll start with the musk shower gel from priorities which was actually a gift with a magazine a long time ago. I do really like the musk scents so I can't say I loved it, but the texture of it was not bad. All in all though I think there are much better shower gels out there.
  • Next to it is the Rainforest moisture conditioner which I've talked about a thousand times and is pretty good, especially when combined with the Rainforest moisture shampoo. Both by the body shop.
  • The Impulse deodorant that I got from Germany was awesome. I was really sad when it finished because I don't think they sell it here. A great product, lasts for AGES, great smell and really affordable if there is a store that sells it near you, give it a try.
  • The Clinique anti-blemish solutions (the second step from the 3 steps line) which I've talked so many times about and is amazing.
  • The melana shower gel is a shower gel that I found in one of the stores of Hondos Center and it was really really good. The smell is great and the formula rich.
  • Above all these is the body shop transparent face powder which I have mentioned before here. The product was pretty good but in general I prefer face powders with a little bit of coverage.
  • Another product from the body shop is the strawberry scented body butter for which I have the smaller size. I love body shop's body butters but these scent is probably (along with the coconut one) my favourite. It lathers pretty well and doesn't leave too much residue on the skin, it is super hydrating and smells amazing for hours.
  • Beneath it is the Oceanus body lotion by the body shop as well. This smell used to be my favorite when I first discovered the body shop. Body lotions from the body shop are really good, but I have really dry body skin so I need something more.
  • Last but not least is the a make-up by clinique which used to be my absolute favorite but they discontinued it. :(
But anyway these were my empties for now but I will be posting with much more empties another time.
Do you have any empties that you love or not so much? I would love to see them.

Thank you for your time!!!

Tag : 40 Beauty Questions

I've never done a Tag before and I think its about time I start just because I myself love reading tag posts.
The Tag will be the 40 Beauty Questions which is probably a pretty old Tag and I first show it on a video by missglamourazzi.

I wash my face twice per day once in the morning and once at night.

-What skin type do you have?
My face is very oily with acne.

I have two, one of them is the clearskin blemish clearing body wash from avon (yes I use it on my face) and the clinique anti-blemish solutions cleansing foam.

None.

I use the clinique dramatically different gel moisturiser

During winter I have cool undertones, I think.

Yes, I use the I love stage eyeshadow base by essence.

I love all of my eyeshadows but if I had to pick one I would choose the eyeshadow duo from pupa doll make-up kit on the little fan (the brownish duo).

There's no such thing in Greece, of what I know.

Yes, but there are also many other things that I am doing at the moment so I will have to postpone it.

-Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?

Sometimes, yes, especially when I'm in a hurry.

-Name a makeup crime that you hate?

I hate it when the lip liner is darker than the lipstick or the lip-gloss or when the foundation is too dark or too yellow.

-Do you like colourful shades of makeup (lipstick, eyeshadow) or neutral ones?

I prefer the neutral ones most of the time, but every now and then I get bored and inject a little bit of colour.

That's a pretty tough question, I think I would have to say Dior or/and MAC.

-What do you think of Makeup?

I love it, I think it can totally make your day and make you smile.

The beautiful budget of 10

I noticed that my post "The beautiful budget of 20" was very popular I felt that it would be nice to make a "The beautiful budget of 10".

  • From the left to the right down below is the Fissan cream for baby's and is a cream that to me is almost as hydrating as the Vaseline but not as messy. I used for my super dry areas and loved it. It is also great that it doesn't cost more than 4 euros.
  • Behind the Fissan cream is the body shop hair comb for which I've talked here and it has been pretty fine with my hair.
  • Behind the body shop hair comb is the avon naturals moisturising shampoo with almond oil and avocado which was in my recent haircare routine here along with the body shop hair comb. This shampoo was pretty good and saved my hair this summer when I was swimming almost every single day.
  • Sunsilk heat protection spray. The most inexpensive heat protection spray that I could find and pretty descent too. It smells great and there is a great quantity of product in the bottle.
  • Next to it is the eye make-up remover from care which I was amazed with, not only because it removed all of my eye make-up and my waterproof mascara which was extremely difficult to get rid of every time but was also under 4 euros.
  • Beneath it is the essence brow kit which was about 3 or 4 euros and I think is perfect for filling the brows because of the two colours that it contains which in my opinion will be ideal for most of people especially when blending the colours together which is what I do.
  • Next to the eye make-up remover is the sun + medium protection 20 SPF sunscreen from avon with which I was also amazed. This sunscreen is in a spray form and is absolutely invisible and dries extremely fast. It is also non-greasy at all which along with the other two are the main pros I personally demand from a sunscreen.
  •  Next to it is the foot cream, foot works from avon again (I have been exploring this brand lately, if you can't tell already), which also great and was in a deal when my mom got it (buy one get one free) so she gave me the second. This foot cream, I can't say it's a life saviour for your feet but works average to make them softer.
  • Next to it is the bb cream from maybelline which I love and actually Ingrid (aka missglamourazzi) had recommended. I really like the variation of colours that it are provided which other bb creams don't have (for example garnier bb cream has, I think, only two shades) and the feel of it on my face. It is super light and comfortable.
  • Last the kind of minty nail polish from essence has been my so long favourite and it definitely stands out among my other nail polishes.
Thank you for reading and I will be posting soon !!!

Evening skincare routine

Hello there,
I had a morning skincare routine post yesterday, and no morning skincare routine is complete without its evening equivalent.

  • For starters I remove my make-up with the care eye make-up remover, which removes even my waterproof mascara and all in all it removes all of my make-up easily.
  • Next comes the nivea deep cleansing which as in the morning routine have replaced with the avon clearskin blemish clearing gel.
  • After that I cleanse my skin with the clinique anti-blemish solutions cleanser and I have a review for the clinique anti-blemish solutions here.
  • After that I put on a mask and I use a cleansing mask once per week and once per week I use my light hydrating mask. So I use the spearmint mud mask from joy or the blue corn from the body shop and once per week I use the korres hydrating mask with yogurt. This way I see the best results on my skin.
  • After the mask I use the second step of the three step anti-blemish solutions system from clinique which is the lotion.
  • The last thing I use on my is my moisturiser dramatically different moisturising gel from clinique.
  • Last but not least I apply the amazing papaya lip butter from the body shop which smells amazing and hydrates really good.
So, that's it for now and thanks a lot for your time.

Morning skincare routine

Hello everyone so I thought I would do a skincare routine just to show you what I use to keep my skin kind of acceptable. Don't get me wrong I am far away from the perfect skin but though these products have helped my skin.

  • So I started using the nivea deep cleansing gel, but it caused me to break out immediately which I now thing all scrubs and cleansers that are like scrubs, cause me to break out. So I replaced it with the avon clearskin blemish clearing gel, which for me works fine as a simple cleanser.
  • Next to it stands the first step out of three for the clinique anti-blemish solution collection, the cleansing foam and I will say nothing more than I love the anti-blemish collection from clinique (review here) and I will be repurchasing it as long as I can.
  • Next to it the next step, anti-blemish solution lotion which is my favourite step out of the three and cleanses my face completely.
  • After that I blend together the clinique dramatically different gel moisturiser with the shiseido SPF 30 sunscreen and apply all over my face. I truly think it is essential to apply sunscreen especially when you live in a country with as much sun as Greece.
  • Last but not least I use the liposan lip balm with SPF 25.
Thank you for reading and I will be posting soon.

My haircare routine and exciting surprise

My hair have been kind of stressed recently due to the sun, the air conditioning, the sea and the everyday wash.
I discovered that a certain combination of products have help them to look and be healthy, shine and extra smooth.
Please keep in mind that I have extremely oily skin, the weather has been really hot and I have been working out (which means I was sweating every other day) so I had to wash my hair daily, which I don't usually do in the winter.

  • From left to right first comes my avon naturals moisturising shampoo for dry hair. Even thought my scalp is really greasy I was able to use this moisturising shampoo because I washing my hair every day. This shampoo managed to keep my extra smooth and clean enough for one day.
  • After washing my hair I applied conditioner generously but only at the part of my hair from my ears and below. I have been using the rainforest moisture conditioner from the body shop. This particular conditioner is kind of satisfying but works much better with the rainforest moisture shampoo from the body shop. So if I were to suggest a conditioner that works better (and is much cheaper) I would have to mention the timotei intense repair conditioner for which there is a post here
  • Next to the conditioner stands the pantene aqua light leave in conditioner. I ADORE this product. After I get out of the shower my hair are usually full with tangles and  hard to comb. This product is not only making my hair easy to comb but it also makes extremely soft and adds a nice scent to them.
  • Next to that product stands my sunsilk heat protection spray which is great (and really cheap). Keeping my hair smooth, soft and adds to the scent of the pantene aqua light leave in conditioner.
  • The petit marseiliais intense treatment with argain oil is what saved my hair while I was in the sea. I always wet my hair when I swim and both the pool and the sea damage my hair a lot. I was applying this oil to my the part of my hair from my ears' height and below before and after the swimming.
  • Last but not least my favorite comb from the body shop. Pretty much a regular comb which is made out of wood so its elastic and it won't damage my hair.
Anyway as the title indicates I have an exciting announcement to make... I got a kitty!!!
I found her in the street with no mother or brother whatsoever near her and decided to keep her cause I just couldn't bear to leave her alone in the middle of the street. She has became a joy for everyone in the house and everyone loves her and her name is miou.

So that's all for now I will try to post more often. Thank you for your time!!!
